Adhesive Tapes
An adhesive is a substance used to join two materials through the combined action of adhesion, which is the tendency of different particles to stick together, and cohesion, which is the internal force that prevents the adhesive's own molecules from separating. In other words, it is a material that, when applied between two surfaces, forms a firm and lasting bond through surface contact.
Adhesives can be of natural or synthetic origin, depending on their source. Natural adhesives are those extracted from natural resources. Some examples of this type of adhesive include natural rubber, starch, and casein glues. Synthetic adhesives, on the other hand, are artificially developed in the laboratory and are based on polymers. This type of adhesive has very distinctive mechanical, physical, and chemical properties. Some examples include synthetic rubber or hot melt, acrylic adhesives, and silicone adhesives.
We offer single-sided tapes, double-sided tapes, butyl tapes, bitumen tapes, and die-cut adhesive solutions, adapted to a wide range of industrial applications.
It is recommended to store them in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight, at a stable temperature between 15°C and 25°C. Avoid humidity and heat sources.
Under optimal conditions, tapes maintain their performance for between 12 and 24 months from the manufacturing date, depending on the type of adhesive and backing.
Single-Sided Adhesive Tapes
We offer films, fabrics, papers, aluminum, and PVC, which we can coat with any type of adhesive depending on your specific application.
Depending on the application, the type of product you want to use, and the backing you want to apply it to, we can recommend the best option for you. In the world of adhesives, there's no one-size-fits-all solution!
It resists from –40°C to +280°C, depending on the type of backing, adhesive formulation, and application type. We have a wide range of options to offer, so we can adapt to any of your needs.
Yes, some of our products offer excellent resistance to humidity, UV rays, and weather conditions.
This value varies depending on the backing of each product. We have models with high tensile strength and industrial durability.
Double-Sided Adhesive Tapes
From 50 μm up to 5 mm, with different adhesive weights depending on the product.
We offer permanent adhesives, removable adhesives, and even tapes that are permanent on one side and removable on the other.
Yes, we offer tapes that leave no residue on surfaces such as plastic or glass.
They offer excellent resistance to peeling and shear, ideal for demanding fastening applications.
We supply rolls, sheets, pieces, or custom die-cut parts.
Die-Cutting
Any geometry, based on the customer's drawing or sample.
±0.1 mm using rotary or flatbed die-cutting.
Yes, slightly, depending on complexity, but it pays off through optimized use in the final industrial application.
It only adds 2–4 days compared to a standard order.
Yes, we accept CAD files or physical samples to manufacture the exact die.
Butyl and Bitumen Tapes
High sealing performance, durability, and permanent adhesion to various materials.
Butyl is ideal when you're looking for a solution to ensure surface sealing; bitumen is better suited for applications requiring greater thermal and mechanical resistance.
They perform between –40°C and +90°C without losing their properties.
On a clean, dry surface, applying uniform pressure with no additional curing required. The adhesive is pressure-sensitive, and its bonding strength increases the longer it remains applied to the surface.
Metal, glass, wood, or concrete, avoiding areas with grease or dust. These products adapt to virtually any application surface.
